Answer by sitcpsitcb I believe the law you’re referencing only applies to loans that went into repayment in 2007 or later, so I think you’re out of luck there. However there are a bunch of different options/possibilities so you should definitely look into it – you haven’t provided enough information for anyone to give you a good answer.
Question by lisbell0115: Is a student loan with citibank eligible for loan forgiveness?
I currently have a student loan with citibank. I am hearing about the loan forgiveness programs for teachers (I teach special education). The things that I have read say it has to be a direct loan, and I am having trouble figuring out if I might qualify.

Question by AjsNewMommy: Do certified behavior analysts qualify for student loan forgiveness?
I just learned about the teacher student loan forgiveness program and the childcare/public service student loan forgiveness program. I am an associate behavior analyst in a special school district. My official title on paper, however, is full-time ABA teacher. I work in several partner schools throughout the district teaching and providing academic and behavioral programs using applied behavior analysis for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
