I’m looking for a bank that has the best student loans, no prepayment penalty, no origination fees, and so forth.

I’m well aware of Federal Student Loans (please don’t lecture me on them).
I’m in Los Angeles, CA

Well because you are looking for something specific your best bet is to look up the top student loan lenders and make phone calls i know it seems like work ut its the only way you are going to be able to gaurantee that they have what you are looking for be ready to have to have good credit or a GREAt co-signer to get everything you are looking for.
