Question by Derrick L: What can I do about my delinquent student loans?
Its been a very hard couple of years and now I am finally able to tackle some bills that I was unable to pay before. My student loans is way behind and now they want full payment, $ 7000 that I do not have! How can I get this taken care of with bad credit? I have tried to get a bank loan and because of the student loan on my account I can’t get the loan. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Question by jennifer b: are student loans interest free while you are going to school?
also, can you get a student loan for a master’s degree?
do you just fill out the FAFSA?
thanks

Answer by altaira_3
With a subsidized loan from the government, your interest is paid by the government while you’re in school. Unsubsidized loans do accrue interest while you’re in school.
You can get student loans for masters degrees, just fill out the FAFSA.

Stafford is hands down the best.
somewhere around 5% interest that doesn’t even start until you get out of school, no payments until you get out of school, and you can write some of it off your taxes once you start paying it off..

Research Shows Ignored Ads Have Persuasive Powers
Attention Diversion
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) September 30, 2011
It is no surprise to marketers that people seldom pay full attention to the advertisements they see but according to recent research this can actually be beneficial to the effectiveness of the promotion. While making decisions such as choosing an insurance policy, purchasing a car, or buying a home will require a person’s full attention, many other less significant processes are happily determined using less cognition. People disperse their attention unevenly allotting large amounts to certain elements while completely omitting others. Here AccurateLeads reports this research and points out how it can be advantageous to advertisers.

Question by sweetgirl131_2000: Student loans, living expenses and a 10 month program.?
I talked to my financial aid admissions counselor, and they told me that there would be no financial aid for living expenses for their 10 month hands on training program. I have 2 kids, and a full time job, but must quit my job to do full time classes from 8:30-5, 2 days a week. Can you still apply for student loans and get some help with living expenses? I know Fafsa will only cover my schooling, and I will go to the school to talk more on Monday about all of this, but I wanted to know if there are student loans you can pay back to help with living expenses..I will be getting a part time job as well, but that won’t help pay all of my bills..thanks!!
